The apple-cinnamon smoothie

Do you like apple pie? This smoothie certainly comes close to this delicacy due to the added herbs.


  • An Apple
  • Water (max. 150 ml, plant-based milk is also possible!)
  • One tablespoon of broken linseed
  • One tablespoon of chia seeds (soaked in water)
  • One teaspoon of honey
  • One teaspoon of cinnamon and/or gingerbread spices

It sounds like a lot, but these healthy things are in the blender for two minutes. Just mix, pour and drink. With the linseed and chia as ingredients you immediately get two superfoods.

Blend the ingredients in the blender a little longer than you would with other smoothies, so that you get a smooth, drinkable smoothie. Simple, tasty and healthy.

Smoothie with pineapple and banana

There is (almost) no faster smoothie recipe than this. With just three ingredients you can make a smoothie full of fiber within two minutes. The advantage is also that, provided you have a large blender, you can make the smoothie an extra day ahead. This way you'll be ready even faster the next day.


  • Pineapple
  • Banana
  • Yogurt or milk

Tip: tastes even better with some basil leaves mixed in.

Chocolate smoothie with cherries

Doesn't this sound heavenly? This chocolate smoothie is a party and ready in no time. You only need four ingredients to create this spectacle. An additional advantage is that you also get a superfood, namely cocoa powder. Raw cocoa reduces stress and is good for your cardiovascular system.


  • Two teaspoons of raw cocoa powder
  • Two handfuls of frozen cherries
  • Half a banana
  • 200 ml milk of your choice

Quick smoothies with carrot and ginger

Another smoothie recipe that will be on the table in no time. Ideal if you are in a hurry in the morning. With this orange smoothie you get as much fiber as with two whole wheat sandwiches plus extra pro vitamin A from the carrots. Good for your skin and eyes!


  • 300 ml of water
  • 500 grams of carrots
  • 250 grams of mango from the freezer
  • 30 grams ginger (use less if you find the smoothie too spicy)

Tip: even tastier with some cinnamon.

Creamy strawberry smoothie

Who doesn't enjoy a delicious strawberry smoothie ? (Yes, you, if you don't like strawberries.) This is a quick smoothie recipe with healthy, saturated fats because of the cashew nuts, Greek yogurt and avocado.


  • 150 grams of strawberries (fresh or from the freezer)
  • 15 grams cashew nuts (unsalted)
  • ⅓ avocado
  • 200 grams of Greek yogurt or 200 ml of milk

You can of course alternate the milk with almond or oat milk. And did you know that with 150 grams of strawberries you already get more than 100% of the recommended daily amount of vitamin C?

This quick smoothie is a healthy start to the day or delicious as a snack.
